Armstrong Ward is delighted to launch their new website and online store, armstrongward.co.uk.
The new site is an extension of their Lake District shop and showroom, offering a gorgeous mix of design led gifts, homeware and furniture as demand for Armstrong Ward’s products from across the country increases.
Jacqueline Ward explains the new developments are a sign of the times, “Since we opened our doors eight years ago retail has evolved, selling online, email marketing , blogging and embracing social media like twitter and facebook has become imperative to ensure that we have what it takes to move the business forward. We needed to refresh our existing site so that it could handle what customers expect from a store like ours in today’s market.”
It’s hoped the new more sophisticated site will contribute to a boost to a boost in their online sales. Following Armstrong Ward’s rebrand and new retail website they are delighted to launch a personal wedding list service.
This concierge style service allows couples and their guests to choose items from exclusive ranges in the Lake District store or online at armstrongward.co.uk.
Using Armstrong Ward’s gift list service couples can choose from its wide selection of carefully considered and well chosen ranges or pick one large item like a lovely new Wesley Barrel sofa that their guests contribute to. The service is ideal for couples looking to kit out their homes and new lives together with something extra special.
Owner Jacqueline Ward explains, “We are an independent store with some lovely and unique products, our service will be different to other department stores with personal advisors on hand to help with inspiration and give the attention to detail that other places lack. We are not run of the mill and don’t stock the same things as everyone else making our wedding lists unique.”
Jacqueline explains how the service came about, “It has been due to popular demand. Brides-to-be actually started asking me for this service and we created our new website with the technology to turn the idea into a reality.”
